Golden Gate Bridge
I can't believe I am back in California after 9+ years... seems so weird. I flew into San Jose airport (which looks nothing like it did when we lived here) and picked up the rental car. From there I headed to Sausilito to stay with Jasper & Nikki. Sausilito is on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge and the day I was there it was beautiful! The bay can get so foggy at times you can't see the bridge...

Wow. I really miss that bridge. The Golden Gate Bridge and the Brooklyn Bridge are my very favorites (although I've never seen the BB in person--only in movies and tv).
Do you remember that Justin, the adrenalin junkie, climbed up to the top of the GG Bridge when he turned 21? I believe he had consumed some adult beverages beforehand (no kidding). He was arrested because apparently, it's against the law. Who knew?
I'm glad you were there on a clear day so you could see everything.
I miss you and will hopefully see you next week. xoxoxoxoox
